Ahh, the prairies! Are you going to the Twin Cities? If so, check out French Meadows Cafe in Minneapolis on Lyndale Ave S. - great place for breakfast and lunch. This is off the highways though, not sure if you could park your rig there. Don't know what to recommend if you're just cruising through on the freeways. Happy riding...K&G
